Replacement for K line Under Voltage Release

So what is this strange part called an Under Voltage Release for a circuit breaker? And what does an undervoltage do? We’re glad you asked.

An undervoltage release opens the breaker when the breaker’s supply voltage goes down to 35 – 60% of the breakers voltage rating. And when the under voltage release isn’t energized to 85 percent of its supply voltage, the breaker will not close.
